Overview
Our core ethos for Finance Team Accelerator is to help finance teams improve efficiency, reduce manual effort, strengthen processes, and create more capacity for higher-value work.
This document sets out the terms under which we deliver our services to you and governs your use of Finance Team Accelerator (“the Programme”). If you are planning to join Finance Team Accelerator, you must read these terms and conditions in full prior to purchasing.
The terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Twenty Seven Solutions Limited trading as Finance Team Accelerator. The term the “Site” refers to the Finance Team Accelerator website, including any subdomains. The terms “user,” “you,” and “your” refer to site visitors, customers, members, and any other users of the Site.
Programme Terms & Conditions (“Terms”): Key Details
These Terms cannot be varied and in proceeding to purchase the Programme you will be deemed to have accepted these Terms.
The Terms set out below apply to the services offered by Twenty Seven Solutions Limited. Please read them carefully as they affect your rights and liabilities under law and set out the Terms under which we provide services to you as a purchaser of the Programme.
These Terms are subject to any rights you have under consumer law to which we are bound and which cannot be waived by contract.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Your continued use of the Programme indicates your acceptance of the Terms and agreement to any changes.
Programme Outline
Finance Team Accelerator is a training and implementation platform designed to help finance professionals and finance teams improve the way they operator.
The aim of the Program is to help participants:
- Improve finance processes and workflows
- Reduce manual effort and inefficiencies
- Increase automation and standardisation
- Deliver more timely and reliable reporting
- Build practical capability across finance teams
- Create capacity for higher-value finance activities
The Programme is designed for:
- Finance directors
- Heads of finance
- Financial controllers
- FP&A professionals
- Management accountants
- Finance business partners
- Finance managers & team leads
- Senior finance analysts
- Any finance team members involved in reporting, planning, analysis, controls, and process improvement
The Programme is not designed for:
- Individuals seeking personal financial advice
- Individuals seeking tax, legal, accounting, or regulatory advice
- Those expecting guaranteed business outcomes or financial results
- Those seeking done-for-you implementations
Eligibility
The Programme is suitable for individuals over the age of 18 who work in, manage, or support finance, accounting, FP&A, reporting, business partnering, or finance operations functions.
Programme Specifics
There are four main elements to the Programme:
- Live Training, Workshops Q&A and Group Sessions
- Live Workshops and Group Sessions
- Frameworks, Templates, and Tools
- Accountability and Action Planning
Live Training, Workshops and Group Sessions
Live sessions may include:
- Implementation workshops
- Q&A sessions
- Coaching-style discussions
- Peer learning sessions
- Masterclasses
- Programme reviews
Sessions may be delivered using Microsoft Teams or other suitable platforms.
Programme content may be led by Mark Proctor and other members of the Finance Team Accelerator team.
Some sessions may be recorded and made available within the Programme. Participation in recorded sessions constitutes consent to the recording, storage, and distribution of those recordings within the Programme.
Where sessions are not recorded, no replay will be provided.
Training and Implementation Resources
Content may include:
- Video lessons
- Templates
- Implementation guides
- Worksheets
- Examples
- Frameworks
- Checklists
- Supporting resources
Programme content may be led by Mark Proctor and other members of the Finance Team Accelerator team.
All content is provided in English.
Completion of training is voluntary and progress is not formally assessed or certificated unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Frameworks, Templates, and Tools
Participation in the programme provides access to proprietary frameworks, templates, tools, worksheets, implementation resources, and supporting materials.
These resources are provided to support learning and implementation and do not constitute professional accounting, tax, legal, compliance, investment, regulatory, or business advice.
Members remain solely responsible for decisions made within their organisations and for ensuring any actions taken comply with applicable laws, regulations, internal policies, governance requirements, and professional standards.
All resources are provided on an “as-is” basis.
While reasonable care is taken in their development and maintenance:
- No guarantee is given that resources will be error-free
- No guarantee is given that resources will be suitable for every organisation or situation
- No guarantee is given regarding compatibility with all software versions or systems
Members are responsible for reviewing, testing, and validating any resource before relying upon it in a business or professional environment.
Resources may be updated, modified, replaced, or removed at any time.
Participants must not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share resources without our prior written consent.
Accountability and Action Planning
The Programme may include tools, frameworks, planning exercises, implementation challenges, action plans, accountability mechanisms, and progress tracking resources.
Members remain solely responsible for implementing any actions within their organisations and for any outcomes arising from those actions.
No guarantee is given regarding completion rates, implementation success, business improvements, efficiency gains, or commercial outcomes.
Behaviour
Participants must conduct themselves professionally and respectfully at all times.
The following are not permitted:
- Harassment
- Bullying
- Discriminatory behaviour
- Offensive conduct
- Inappropriate solicitation
- Misuse of community channels
- Promotion of unrelated products or services
- Behaviour that negatively affects other members
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access where behaviour is deemed unacceptable.
Each individual remains responsible for their own actions and communications.
Fees and Payment Terms
The Programme fee is displayed at the time of purchase and will be exclusive of applicable sales taxes.
Invoices will be raised to the organisation and are payable in 30 days.
Non-payment of fees may resolve in participants losing access to the programme.
Refunds and Cancellation
We want participants to be satisfied with the Programme. They may request a full refund up-to 30 days after the start of the first session.
Refund requests must be submitted in writing to the Programme support email address.
Approved refunds will normally be processed within 14 working days.
No obligation exists to provide refunds after the 30-day refund period.
We may terminate your participations immediately if:
- Fees remain unpaid
- You materially breach these Terms
- Your conduct negatively impacts the Programme or other participants.
- We determine, at our sole discretion, that continued access is inappropriate
No Professional Advice
Finance Team Accelerator provides education, training, frameworks, templates, and general guidance only.
Nothing within the Programme constitutes:
- Financial advice
- Accounting advice
- Auditing advice
- Tax advice
- Legal advice
- Regulatory advice
- Investment advice
- Employment advice
- Professional consulting services
Participants should seek appropriate professional advice before making decisions affecting their organisation, employees, customers, stakeholders, financial reporting, governance, compliance obligations, or business operations.
Disclaimers
We make no guarantees regarding any success. Each participant, organisation, team, and circumstance is unique.
Any examples, case studies, templates, calculations, demonstrations, frameworks, or illustrations are provided solely for educational purposes and may not be suitable for your particular situation.
We make no guarantee that participation in the Programme will result in:
- Increased efficiency
- Cost savings
- Financial gains
- Improved reporting
- Improved compliance
- Better business performance
- Reduced risk
- Improved team effectiveness
- Any other business outcome
We are not responsible for any action or inaction taken by participants as a result of information provided within the Programme.
We are not responsible for any loss of opportunity, financial loss, business disruption, investment decision, or operational decision made by a particiapabt.
Limitation of Liability and Indemnification
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for any loss arising from your use of the Programme.
We shall not be liable for:
- Lost profits
- Lost revenue
- Loss of opportunity
- Business interruption
- Indirect or consequential damages
If we are found liable, our total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by you during the six months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for:
- Death or personal injury caused by negligence
- Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
- Any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Twenty Seven Solutions Limited, its employees, contractors, and representatives from claims arising from your breach of these Terms.
Privacy and Confidentiality
Your personal data will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Participants are responsible for ensuring that their contact information remains accurate and current.
Members must ensure information shared within the Programme has been appropriately anonymised and does not breach any legal, contractual, regulatory, professional, or employer obligations.
Unauthorised disclosure of confidential information may result in immediate removal from the Programme.
Participants must keep login credentials secure and confidential.
Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in programme materials remain the property of Twenty Seven Solutions Limited or the relevant copyright holder.
Participants may use materials for learning and implementation purposes within their own organisation.
Participants may adapt templates and frameworks for internal organisational use.
Participants may not:
- Republish
- Reproduce
- Sell
- Licence
- Distribute
- Share externally
- Translate
- Create derivative commercial products
without our prior written permission.
Force Majeure
Neither party shall be liable for delay or failure to perform obligations due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including acts of God, government action, war, civil unrest, natural disasters, pandemics, labour disputes, or failures of utility or communications services.
Waiver
Failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of any rights or remedies.
Errors and Inaccuracies
We reserve the right to correct any typographical errors, inaccuracies, omissions, pricing errors, or service descriptions without prior notice.
Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales.
The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or participation in the Programme.
Complaints
We aim to provide a high-quality experience for all.
Any complaints should be submitted in writing to the Programme support email address.
We will endeavour to investigate and respond within a reasonable timeframe.
General
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the parties.
If any provision is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in effect.
No third party shall have any rights under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.
In the event of any conflict between these Terms and those of a payment provider, hosting platform, or third-party service, these Terms shall prevail.
We may amend these Terms from time to time for legal, regulatory, operational, or business reasons. Continued participation in the Programme constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
